    Download the Debit Card Application Form from this page or collect a physical copy at your nearest Hindusthan branch.

    Submit the completed form at your home branch along with a valid photo identity proof.

    Your debit card will be ready for collection at your home branch within 7 working days of application.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Your Hindusthan Debit Card is accepted at all ATMs and merchant POS terminals across India. It can also be used for online transactions on any Indian payment platform.

A declined transaction can occur due to insufficient balance, a daily limit being reached, or a temporary network issue. Check your balance first. If your balance is sufficient and the transaction is still declining, call us on 022-3501-3800 for assistance.

International usage on Hindusthan Debit Cards is currently [enabled / not enabled]. Contact your branch or call 022-3501-3800 for the most current information on international transaction capabilities.

Daily transaction limits are set as per RBI guidelines and our internal card policy. To request a limit review, visit your home branch with a written request. Limit changes are subject to approval based on your account profile.

As per RBI guidelines, you are entitled to 5 free transactions per month at other banks' ATMs. Beyond that, a small inter-bank transaction charge applies. Current charges are published on our Service Charges page.
